if you live in an area where ppl that are almost adults behave like grade schoolers (maybe due to inadequate schooling in social interactions from their parents and/or school), then my sincere condolences. i'd understand if it was a one time outburst, but she's been getting snappy with him several times over the course of days or weeks (not sure about the passage of time in this manga tbh). and if neither of them thought it was high time to sit down and have a talk, then these folks have a serious problem and this shit is by no means normal lmao

Again, this is how teenagers are, and I recall seeing myself relationships fall apart like this ever since they started happening at all in class and whatnot. Teens are shockingly ignorant on managing their emotions and this story generally reflects that well. I don't know when you were last in school (likely before 2015 if you wrongly see social media as the problem) but this is normal for taangers (even then I must disagree with your social media hypothesis as peers I had who did reject social media and whatnot also found themselves having petty fights like these. High school is a fantastic place to explore emotions nefore entering the real world, adult or not.)
