No SSBBW means Super Sized Big Beautiful Woman. Which is a super fat woman presented as beautiful/sexy. Like a woman who's super duper fat versus the type of fat most mangaka make women, to be as big as a sumo wrestler. Don't know if Nikuko would count or her mom. I have seen SSBBW used to describe such women online frequently that's likely what the creator was aiming for. Much as we are upset at what he did we can't let that narrow our views of him and understand that yes SSBBW is a real shorthand look it up

It's a matter of language and semantics. Billions of people can be wrong yes just what we call soccer, 1 billion+ people call football. Just what is what isn't some objective truth just that Americans call soccer, others call football. Just that what we call what can vary from culture to culture and shows that stuff may not be inherently objective
