Well, technically it is...

I don’t mean to generalize, but there are absolutely no indicators that this is a shojo romance. It’s not classified as one, we very rarely get insight into the FL’s thoughts or feelings outside of the ML’s perspective, and it doesn’t have that shojo “look” (you know the art style)
