I'm gonna level with you, I don't think a girl that thought getting an ear pierced was really painful is getting anything else pierced, especially not, eh, things that are a lot more sensitive than an ear lobe.

Looks to be the JP equivalent of Claire's. Lots of sparkly, girly accessories that are cheap so that young girls can enjoy them without it being a big investment. Earrings there are that cheap or cheaper (they's stainless steel usually, with plastic or fake gems, but they're surprisingly decent for the cost). ...Of course, that was when I was a kid though, they've probably jumped in price now, and decreased in quality.
