I'm pretty sure that's the point of the arc, because no one has told him he doesn't have to because he doesn't let other people see his real messy side.

It's likely going to be a combination of MC + the black haired girl to tell him to chill out, possibly interspersed with the arc of him finding out how the people around him use his brother as a way to get to him. Would actually be a satisfying arc for him to basically go "I'm not obligated to meet the expectations of the kind of people who will use and hurt my brother to get to me"

Look, I love this manga like everyone here, but your idea implies that the author is competent enough to have such an idea and as we saw, he barely bothers on solving the main issue that is that his "yes-man" attitude put the MC on such a harmful spot for years.

This author puts 1 main conflict issue every 14 slice of life chapters instead of solving the issue first and work the relationships from there
