I feel like the author is trying to convey a "dont take advantage of people" thing with the whole healer guild situation, but it is executed so poorly. Going by the standards of this world, it seems very difficult to use magic since dispel and detect are not common. Him charging low prices (and them sticking to all healers) means they wont end up with much money. Either everything in this world is VERY cheap, or they are gonna have to come up with a reason to adjust healing prices that isnt just "people need healing and its easy for the mc, so everyone should follow it"... he basically killed a dragon with his magical output as a "healer" lol.

Also, the bad guys so far (including former party/his ex/ healer girl) have been portrayed poorly. They felt more like an afterthought than anything. :/ "lets just make the ex and healer girl want money" then went on to copy paste a villain style character from any bandit game for the 2 ex party members... I really hope its not another "money is the reason" thing, because its becoming a running theme in this manga.

Uh, I'm hyped for what's about to come and finally the revenge for the family. Hopefully the two of them will be save for good after this.
I also now remembered the running Gag from Sao abridged: "We must save my Family."

In an emergency situation they really wrote this "father" as one that makes his daughters an afterthought? Unreal. All for added drama they broke Reda's character build? I really know what to say about this😮‍💨.

So, the healer's guild charges jacked up fees and threatens its members with the revocation of their licenses if they provide healing for cheaper than that fee. That really makes me wish the guild chick would deepthroat a shovel the way Gilliam did this chapter, because that means she's even worse than we thought.

Sadly, it ain't gonna happen; she'll get rescued and forgiven and she'll "come around" to Reda's way of thinking.

Isn't that for the better? She seems to be in an important position in the capital's healers' guild (probably the headquarters), so if she sees the light due to her experiences, maybe she can change the healers' guild from the inside. If she simply dies, nothing will change. Someone else will take her place in the capital and will continue the fight against Reda Dickson and reasonable prices. Of course if she remains the same, despite everything, she would have been better off dead.

I was hung-up there for a second, wondering why the "I have godly powers and believe I'm powerless" MC shouldn't go alone for fear of failure.

Then I remembered the required manga retardation that every MC has to have, and realized that he might tell the rapists and murderers that they made people feel poopy, and make friends with them, so... probably a good call for Tex n' Claus.

Iunno, though... he actually used windblade properly, earlier; so, who knows?
