Normally I'd say the princess should forget about a commoner man, it's simply not going to happen, but if Reda's the one and only person in the whole kingdom that can use the priceless extra heal spell, he would actually be an invaluable asset to the royal family. Having a princess marry him, if necessary to keep him close and available, wouldn't necessarily be a bad price to pay. However, the royals would find it impossible to limit Reda doing his healing work, which usually would be half of the value of such a power: if you aren't loyal to the king, you won't get healed. That sort of thing. So, the king would need to view it as gaining free goodwill from everyone, which probably would be a foreign idea to the murderous royals in this series.
