nope, the raws are like that, Noir (former demon lord) was killed by Naomi, it is implied that the one killed by the truck is Reda since we now know that he "descended from the sky" thanks to Fina, but whether he recovers his memories from past life is yet to happen since there is no translation of the novel that I know of.

Huh…that’s such a jank way to put it then. Completely contextless scene of truck-kun ramming a random dude who may or may not be Reda. With how it was put, it felt more like Noir seeing Naomi as the proverbial truck-chan.

It could be that too but the manga is so janky that I wouldn put it being Reda since the figure somewhat matches him.
