You know what, I had this feeling for a number of chapters already.
What are the actual benefits from this whole ordeal the MC got himself into?
Ultimately, all he's been doing is serving other people, saving others, being bossed around by his wifes, etc. I am not going to say that males don't crave responsibility, but I am just wondering. Can't recall one thing the MC has done for the entire manga that was just what he wanted, and was not pushed onto him by someone or something.

It may seem like he's a total pushover, but his main his main goals after being fired and dumped were to just live a simple life and heal people. While his simple life isn't that simple, he's shown how happy he actually is by standing up for himself and his new family when obstacles have popped up. His actions aren't a result of him being bossed around, like with his former party, but him going along with things that his family wants to support them and create healthy relationships and happy lives. Of his 4 wives, 3 of them (elf, noble, royal) have suffered major physical damage, and a slightly different 3 (dark loli, noble, royal) have suffered major emotional damage. The fact none of them show signs of PTSD is either shoddy writing or him helping them past that trauma (I'm kinda leaning towards a combo of both, to be honest). As for responsibilities, he's in charge of the clinic they built JUST FOR HIM. And because of his power level, he's at least partially in charge of the tactics used when they go out and hunt monsters.

So, yeah. Sorry for the rant, but that's my view on the story so far.
