I love this manga so much. I think it started off a bit slow and repetitive but everything after chapter 10 was amazing. The world-building was top-notch and felt like the same quality as Nagatoro or Uzaki-chan. These last 20 chapters or so did have some great moments, but yeah, this back and forth is starting to go stale.

I mean, sure, you need a lil' drama and humor for the payoff to be satisfying. But isn't it a bit much at this point? Am I remembering Nagatoro poorly or while it took so long for the payoff to happen it kept being entertaining all the time? I dunno, maybe if there were more stuff in these last chapters like objectives other than making poor ol' slow Otaku-kun realize something.

I'm dreading the moment when Seo actually does get the lightbulb in his head and realizes that they like him or he likes them, because it will inevitably lead to a few chapters (at most 🙏) of the evil and intimidating "They shouldn't like me romantically because they live on a pedestal above me and even though we're friends they shouldn't lower themselves to my level and see me romantically" denial mini-arc where he unilaterally decides that he doesn't deserve them purely based on social perceptions while ignoring their ability to make decisions about who they like until someone knocks some sense into him. I hope I'm wrong but I've played these games before. I'VE BEEN HERE BEFORE.
