I mean, it's really going out of its way to hammer in that he likes them both exactly equally. Neither of them is pulling ahead of the other by even a hair's breadth. At the same time, the tone is more or less realistic, so it's really hard to imagine an actual polyamory ending.

I find it really funny though how men dating multiple girls or not even dating just sleeping around with them is deemed realistic. But a man genuinely from the bottom of his heart trying to keep two girls who (also love each other) happy is deemed unrealistic :/ Sad world

I mean, it's not that genuine polyamory doesn't exist at all, but it's very rare and even more unusual that it works out well. And even then such relationships have to endure a lot of prejudice and discrimination from society.

I do agree. But why should one care about society no? I'm not saying I'd want such a relationship myself. But in a situation like this manga's it fits like a glove

Not to say that you should let society's expectations control you completely, but what society thinks does matter to some extent. Like, it might significantly impact your relationships with a lot of friends and family, depending on what their views are. If someone who has very strong opinions about it at school or work finds out about it, it could make the social situation there very strange and awkward. Maybe it's worth it, but it's something worth considering at least. If this manga does go for a polyamory ending, I wonder if they're gonna bring any of this up at all or just pretend that everyone's totally cool with it.
