The author is on record at least as recognizing people like both leading ladies and want him to end with both sincerely. That said, if you pay attention, the manga is constantly, if quietly/subtly, leaning in the direction of Amane as the endgame. Ijichi would likely become the 'fun aunt', or at absolute best Otaku-kun's 'downlow side girl that both parties are aware of and okay with due to legal/social issues preventing anything better'.
