I 100% agree with her. Though in my case, I'd just leave immediately after seeing the situation.

I feel this. Mostly I just don't like surprises, I might not mind the extra people but agreeing to do something with one person doesn't mean it's automatically okay to assume I want to do stuff with the 5 extra people you invite and spring them on me. Making more friends doesn't mean you gotta invite half the class... Doesn't really favor more meaningful contact either.
While she could've said it differently it's good that she spoke up after the fact.

On the other hand, they know her for barely two weeks, and think she's an ice queen that simply doesn't care much for company of others, not introverted otaku.
I say that’s exactly why she shouldn’t have invited anyone else in the first place, cause either way she’s clearly not very interested in social interaction.

And remember that Amane does want friends and it's not like there is anyone else so willing to break ice with her. Obviously the best way forward is honest and open communication, and we know they will become besties soon.
Aside from us knowing the future, the chapter does show that Amane is just a bit slow making friends based on how she’s already closer to that one girl than the rest of them. Ijichi’s been told that already but was seemingly unable to fully understand it.

Then the moment she decides to go along with them she flashbangs her with a bunch of randoms. There’s no way she’d appreciate that.

Ijichi was in the wrong, but misunderstandings happen, especially so early on.
It’s a learning experience for sure but it will make her a better friend and person in the long run.

I like this kind of drama because neither one of them is at fault. Ijichi couldn't have known that Amane would be sensitive about something like this because she doesn't know her yet. And Amane is perfectly entitled to feel uncomfortable. I think saying you're never gonna come again because this happened once is a bit extreme though. If Ijichi just promises not to invite other people next time, it'd be just fine. As usual, Amane is the more childish of the two.
