From the implications in previous chapters, it seems like they won't meet again for another 3 years. Since Kou asked how Yukio in highschool looks like (from the picture we can see that Yukio is a mess too) and the fact that his friend from highschool didn't know about Yukio until Kou married.

This is sad...
The next chapter might be from Kou perspective in highschool to him meeting with Yukio again.

Kinda weird for Kou, even if he was just 15yo, as gender of who he likes is meaningless, instead to call Yuki beautiful instead typical boy "cool" and comfortable to snuggle with Yuki.

But from chapter 11:

Guess that confession was shocking after all, having own identity crisis too and even trying to get out with his friend, still kinda odd considering his behavior along with statement about relationship...

Could save some anxiety for Yuki during those 3 years tho'
