As far as I can remember, we know nothing of his goals in life, apart from working at the crossdressing cafe so solidly he doesn't want Kei to quit either.

We know he goes to the library for studying (first mention I found was in chapter 28) instead of going to school, so probably yes. Not much point in doing so otherwise.
