I would say it would be strange if her common sense didn't get twisted, considering the sort of life she has been living. The moment her life did change for good (from bad and at the mercy of others to bad yet in control of her own fate), it was through killing a person. Perhaps it got permanently imprinted in her mind that to kill or be killed is how anything really changes in the world. A fundamental principle in her mind she can't get rid of.

I don't think it's from killing the reincarnater, I think it's from the dangerous artificial magic crystal. When she got a flood of memories from the reincarnater she instantly changed. She went from trying to bat away her attacker to trying to kill her, over the course of two manga pages, and likely less than a second of time. That magic crystal caused brain/soul damage.

Which is why you should always handle artificial magic crystals with care, while wearing proper Personal Protection Equipment. Never forget your PPE, especially when dealing with experimental materials.

She isn't evil but she's definitely not good. She's very meticulous and everything she does has a purpose and follows her own personal ideals.

There are plenty of friends and allies with more straightforward morals, like the shopkeepers and adventurers who help Aria. She was twisted by touching the soul stone of the reincarnator, and harsh experiences after. But yes, she is ultimately a good person doing what it takes to survive, which in this grim setting, requires her to go farther than a typical Light Novel/Manga protagonist. She is inspired by Arya Stark.
