Yes. The fake "Alicia" is the lady you see in chapter 1, and also the disciple of Serjura. Basically, touching that stone caused the lady's memories to mix with the this current "Alicia's" memories, hence why we have this current situation.

Based on how these stories go, it's basically a 100% chance that some characters will fall for the fake female lead. Especially since she will have a god-like knowledge of their favorite things.
