New author? I hope art doesn't change, always hate it when art changes for bad. This art till now has been very good.

Page 33 is a new art manga artist who will take over. Shiosato, the manga artist has already announced on twitter that he would retire at the end of this arc. The reason is that he burnt out on drawing this series, and he felt a little bad since the end of the manga volume 2. But he wanted to draw a happy ending for the two heroines to end of LN volume 3, which is this chapter.

I'll personally say this as someone who read up until Vol 8 of the LN
The manga ended, end of story. There is no more continuation and if there is, it is just a side story, PERIOD!

No offense, Noelle is a good girl (one of the best for Leon in the main story)
But Leon being is a Limp D*ck chicken until Vol 8+ is just pure torture for many readers. What else do you need Boy? the girls are hungry for you and you still have this "MOB" mentality and chicken out so many times.

yeah the first few vols leon was a crazy badass then author reverted him to spineless... it was really jarring

also crazy took 6 years to adapt 3 novels... thank you for your service artist man

artist really gave his all to adapt those novels, even if I wasn't that much of a fan with many developments in the last part of the arc, the art was always friggin great, so super thankful to the artist, and ofc to the team TL the series 💕💕

The mangaka is getting burnt out while drawing the manga, so they decided to relay the baton to another artist. They actually wanted to stop earlier at first but they wanted to at least draw the girls in their happiest moment so they keep going up untill this point. The mangaka basically wanted to take a rest and doing things they can't do with the previous busy schedules(enjoying nature etc).

Ok, so this is so very confusing.


They confessed to him and he said he loved them both and wanted both instead of choosing one - gets slapped and everyone hates on him, despite we also knowing they love eachother so much the scales broke.

Then they draw up a whole plot to... marry him to both? Was that not exactly what got them upset in the first place? And sounded like he would have accepted the marriage back during the confession if it was both, so why even bother making it a risky surprise that he might get angry and run away from out of spite, despite wanting it?

He gets married, but then gets congratulated on an engagement? And what happened to the wedding night, did they forgot that you are meant to have fun? And he wards of women by saying he is engaged when he is married?

And now he is leaving, but not taking his wives with him? What reason could he possible have to leave them in enemy territory like this (and they for staying)?

They slapped him because he was a coward dragging this out and quite a bit of scum to request them both and give them the run about. What they wanted him to do is man up and do it properly. So they plotted with others to put him in a situation where he can not escape or missunderstand them.
Hence this ENGAGEMENT ceremony. They are just engaged, not married. Probably till they all become adults.

What enemy territory? Both the king and strongest noble (Duke Redgrave, Ange's dad) have a vested interest to see him married off to them. To take them with him he would need to convince them to come and convince the duke too and honestly ange is needed to help stabilize the school student body. AND he would probably need to tell them something of his reasonings, and as coward he is no way is he telling them about past lives and shit.
