So I reread the manga and find out that the loot restarts if you SLEEP OR FAINT (and of course, die). It probably doesn't matter if it just a nap or something, their consciousness is sent to the next day. That's why she said that she wasn't going to wake up in page 10. So at the end of the chapter when she slept, she could be considered dead, and the boy was giving a dead woman lap pillow.

Circumstantial evidence doesn't seem to contradict you. If the composite image below doesn't properly display because imgur wants people to visit their site, here's the link.
Images 1 and 2: "Suu suu", translated* as "zzz… zzz…" (which at least Americans might think means "snoring" or "soundlessly indicates sleep"), indicates the sound of breaths like what you'd expect from a sleeping person.
* - Absolutely no disrespect intended toward the translators. It was absolutely the right choice, since not many people would want to read a long translator's note like this.
Image 3: It changes to "gu…" in the first panel of the last page, a different type of breath sound a sleeping person might make.
Image 4: In the panel you're showing (second panel on last page), there's no breath sound effect despite the viewer's perspective being much closer to them.
Curiosities which I can only make wild guesses at:
Heck if I know what he's doing in image 3. I want to think he's picking her up to put her head in his lap, but it also looks like it could be him shaking her to try to wake her up.
The first "suu suu" uses a typeface that looks more formal. The second, which occurs after the sfx of the nasty crack of her head hitting the dock and beside sfx of her head rolling limply, uses a typeface that looks somewhat primitive (and the u character appears abbreviated). The "gu…" uses a typeface that looks very primitive.
Huh... What happens if one of em falls asleep but the other one stays awake and wakes up the other person? What happens if they stay up all night or a few days? Cuz if the reset happens after they fall asleep or die... Then what?

Logically? You don't, unless your skull is as thin as an eggshell in what's usually a pretty strong spot (forehead). But this is manga, where kissing someone is more effective than real-life CPR.
Wait, what? On page 16 it seems like she's bleeding from her head... how? How did we go from her laying her head on his shoulder to losing consciousness while having a bruise and some bleeding? Oh, she fell off and hit her head on the concrete, and he just let her. I guess she wanted to do a fast forward.
What an ending to an otherwise wholesome chapter. He doesn't even care that he's cradling a comatose girl on his lap because her consciousness has moved on to the next loop waiting for them. He can just close his eyes and take a "nap" to follow her, skipping the rest of the current loop.
