Now days is very common with hormonal treatments and medical prescriptions.
But yeah, you can make a woman lactate if you stimulate their breast.
I will now list some examples of how woman can be made to lactate without pregnancy;
" Galactorrhea common causes (Galactorrhea is what the term of lactation without a child is called)

• medications
• underlying medical issues
• a tumor
