yes, so did i, that's what "full-on" means. this is not the first time we've seen nipples in this manga, it's only the first time we've seen chia's nipples. shit, we've had scenes where chia was at a bathhouse with kento's mom or in the sauna with miinefuji and her tits were covered by word balloons, steam, or cut off by the panel edges, while the other woman's nipples were fully visible.
