Yeah. Carrying a person, who isn't a small child, is heavy, especially someone who isn't trying to be carried. Doesn't matter who it is. Unless you're used to it, you're probably not going to notice the difference between 50 kg or 60 kg, maybe even 70 kg. If you think carrying someone is "really light" it means you have decent experience carrying people, or lifting enough weights to be fairy strong.
