Why would the anime skip such a delicious scene like this 😭

I mean the anime also completely skipped the chapter of Amane stepping in when the boy confessed to Mahiru at school (manga chapter 25.3/.4), so it's best not to question the lengths they will go to rush through the story. Just know that they will do it 😭
