I feel like this is not treating the argument in good faith. The whole point is to not assume all the time that the other party is into whatever you're trying to do, to understand that sometimes what you think might be cues to go ahead might instead be the other person feeling coerced, or being inexperienced enough, or maybe even being autistic and not understanding the signals they might be giving off; it's about trying to be empathetic and ensuring your partner is feeling safe and comfortable to do whatever with you and that you won't hurt them without realising. It's not about making dates tedious, or completely giving up on body language, but making sure that everyone involved is really having a good time.
