Hey, TSP here.

As you can see, we have rereleased this chapter.
On page 4 and 11, there was a key line which we realized had a lot more weight and militaristic nuance than what we wanted,
so we have revised these lines, and will be including a note in c93 for readers that missed it to go back and reread.

As the translator, I cannot apologize enough over this mistake. I pride myself in my thoroughness, but of course,
I am human, and of course, I don't think I am incapable of making mistakes or anything, so I will definitely use this as an
opportunity for growth, as I had felt something was off in the back of my head, but didn't end up addressing it in the end.

I think with this change, it will give the worry a little bit less "Russia is formally attacking this region" kind of nuance.

I had felt the line nagging in the back of my mind, and after thinking about it for a day, I finally realized what the issue was.

This is actually been the first time I've had to v2 a chapter in a really long time, so it was a bit a shock, but I'm just glad I was
able to fix it, though I'm sorry that the wording probably made people more worried than they should be. This chapter is STILL
one of worry and unease, but probably not nearly as much as the line implied!
