  • guy says he's unpopular and complains
  • has big booba friend he's always around and actively attacks him
  • suddenly, he has an over affectionate sister
  • suddenly, he has a childhood friend who likes him

2005 called, they want their harem manga back..
P.S: the basic issue with this type of writing, is that the MC isn't doing anything to warrant the attention he's getting, neither is he changing throughout the story to naturally gather the women he wants to date. He just....Gets it, and remains relatively passive about it.

I'm 11 chapters in and I like how the characters have actual critical thinking skills and remember/bring up things from earlier chapters so often 🙂. It makes the story feel more real. Like, in real life people do in fact think about or bring up weird or unresolved interactions again after they happen. In other mangas misunderstanding plots can go on for tens of chapters, and are so contrived... so yeah, its refreshing. I like how honest the characters are.

Also I find the dialogue pretty fun and realistic (as in, this is how bantering friends would talk).

But yeah the actually story writing is sometimes quite wacky, but I dont mind... Probably because red flags aren't dwelled on, and don't lead to STUPID contrived drama. The dialogue/characters really click with me though, and make it up.

Very fluff, low stakes, good vibes.

I enjoy 👍.

This manga is like a typical romcom about the main couple getting together, except everything constantly goes off-script and off the rails
