P.S: the basic issue with this type of writing, is that the MC isn't doing anything to warrant the attention he's getting, neither is he changing throughout the story to naturally gather the women he wants to date. He just....Gets it, and remains relatively passive about it.

I'm 11 chapters in and I like how the characters have actual critical thinking skills and remember/bring up things from earlier chapters so often 🙂. It makes the story feel more real. Like, in real life people do in fact think about or bring up weird or unresolved interactions again after they happen. In other mangas misunderstanding plots can go on for tens of chapters, and are so contrived... so yeah, its refreshing. I like how honest the characters are.

Also I find the dialogue pretty fun and realistic (as in, this is how bantering friends would talk).

But yeah the actually story writing is sometimes quite wacky, but I dont mind... Probably because red flags aren't dwelled on, and don't lead to STUPID contrived drama. The dialogue/characters really click with me though, and make it up.

Very fluff, low stakes, good vibes.

I enjoy 👍.

Why in the hell does this have the Girl's Love tag? Just because there is some Incidental Male Gaze Lesbianism/Bi stuff TM in a standard Harem story centered around an Unremarkable Male Lead, doesn't mean that Girl's Love fans want to seek this out or see it in their feeds.

To be blunt, the Girls Love tag is only really relevant when a Close Relationship between two or more women or girls, whether platonic, sexual or romantic, is a Central Element of the story. This is very clearly centered around Captain McGenerico Harem Protagonist.

Calling this a Girls Love story is like if a side-character in a slice of life story was sent to another world briefly as a semi-canon joke and came back then getting the Isekai tag attached to the whole manga forevermore, it's giving real: "ah you are technically correct, the worst kind of pedantic twit"

There’s no het tag on MD, so putting gl tag on a het harem just makes it look like a gl if you’re only looking at the tags. Tags are meant to help people filter stuff, pls remove the gl tag, thanks
