In your experience how are AI translator extensions reliable with translation. And could you please give some advices which one to choose?

Used some as prototypes was amazed that they are 100x times better than some other people trying machine translation, heck they even fully remove original language and quality drop doesn't go down mutch (took a quick pic only). After experiencing MTL stuff or Chinese to English translations that was quite an achievement.
