There was a giant blackbox on some boobs that stood out just because it was a blackbox, so that alone suggests it wasn't a sexual reason otherwise it would also be blackboxed. There's nothing NSFW. I don't know what's written originally since the translation is ahead of the official raw, but if you look at the recent chapters (ch16 and above) you'd see a pattern in their chapter names like "[WORD] CHAPTER TITLE." The previous two chapters were 【必見】 translated as [MUST WATCH]. I'd assume this chapter has kanji with the same meaning as NSFW.

EDIT: I am super, omega dumb and blind. The chapter title is right there at the bottom of Page 1. 【閲覧注意】means [NSFW].
