Some weird question to ask. Do you think this Behemoth gender is female? Because I can't see the male part. Or maybe it was hiding or very small?

Well in the manga sense you probably won't see those details anyway, atleast not in this genre.

Scientifically, most animals and creatures would have it's genitals protected inside their body unlike primates and humans who has them exposed, so seeing (or not seeing in this case) the form of their sexual reproductive organ at a glance wouldn't be a good way to determine that.
