A somewhat abrupt, but kind of satisfying end. Bittersweet but I'm going to take it as the foundation for the MCs to hopefully have a proper, better relationship in the future!

I must say I do keep on coming back to this story. I think I would call it one of my all-time favourites. But I still wish that the story ended with Jian moving on. The girlfriend cheated so much and went out of her way to hurt her to such an extreme degree that I don’t believe in any sort of redemption and normalcy after that.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh man, this one was JUICY. After a series of lackluster recommendations for so-called "toxic yuri" I was finally able to find one with some actual damn MUSCLE! The instant I finished it I knew it was an A tier series for me, with the only thing potentially keeping it out of S tier being its length. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time and loving every minute of it. Obviously not for everyone; it's a story about an abusive relationship, and those looking for something a little more wholesome are probably going to be horrified if they try this one. But for those of us who enjoy messed up yuri stories, this is a must. Short, not-so-sweet, and an ending with some real heft to it despite its length. Would 1000% recommend, but only to a specific audience.
