Didn't the girl abandon that "Traitor of the Red Knights" quest? Or am I misunderstanding their use of the word 'abandon'?

They're skipping over the whole part where most the items he crafts are normal rated. Also, that's not how the crafting bonus skill points work. The bonus points from making an item are added to all his stats. IE the +2 from making a rare item increases each of his stats, STR, AGI, DEF, Dex, Ect, by +2. The 130 points are from leveling from 8-21.

Took me a while to realize Faker was the masked person in the crowd.
