So on page 7, second to last panel, basically Puchinella tells Mare that Demiurge forced the captive citizens from the Kingdom arc to breed with each other, then he slaughtered and cooked the males and forced the females and other survivors (aka the elderly and children to young to be bred) to eat them due to starving them to death.

I think some of the dialogue is in the wrong bubbles with the librarian. There are a few lines duplicated and it's hard to follow what he's saying.

P.S. Ainz doesn't know about this. He thinks Demiurge is running a sheep farm, but sheep = humans in Demiurge's mind.
