Not necessarily. The author is slow to put out new books, and if it takes them one year to release each of the remaining volumes that gives the manga about 32 months to finish off Overlord III. The manga only started on Overlord III in chapter 53 eight months ago and we're currently about 75% through S3E4. For reference it took them 39 chapters for the material corresponding to Overlord II.
