Here's the "Common Sense" ranking which most people have been using since the site evolved past its original few hundred articles:
Safe - It's just a thing. It's a weird thing, but you can store it and ignore it and you'll generally be fine as long as no one interacts with it.
Euclid - It'll do stuff on it's own, and there's a chance it's actions (even if unintentional) will kill you
Keter - Will definitely do stuff on it's own and will explicitly try to kill you
