@no168_92 It's been a while since I read the SCP and it sounds slightly updated, but trying to tell him the truth doesn't work. even if you plaster his SCP file everywhere.
He can get punched. He thinks he fell down some stairs. SCP has been trying. Direct communication in any form is simply not possible.

but still doesn't really explain why the need to twist the truth instead of the actual case. same method used, but instead of shifting Dimension, say the artifact causes blocked human interaction of any kind.

Since the Guy IS a competent foundation agent, he surely would be knowledgeable enough on what to do and not do,

or the two that are responsible for watching over him should also have been briefed on contingencies measures in place to feed info to him in ways that would make it seems like he's the one that's searching or found said fed info by himself....

my point still stand, the report and addendum could still be written better or polished further...

If they tell him that, then he can't see it.
Say something else? He can read it.
Explicitly try to tell him wtf is going on via reports? He can't see it.
I don't know how much clearer I have to make this ironic statement.

on the suspected artifact causing him not able to interact, and it FAILED before using the same method on dimension shifting?

I get whatever aimed specifically at him would either miss or turn invisible to him, but they did achieve a roundabout way to tell him about the dimension shifting lie... I want to know why that lie? why not used the same roundabout way and tell the truth...?

and the selective SCP and actions that he would logicfy (like falling down the stairs) was that in the report?

maybe i missed it if it did.... but do point it out if it IS mentioned anywhere in the original or updated report. I don't mind being proven wrong at all if it is true.

I think the main 'weird part' of the SCP here is that he essentially is living life in 'Spectator Mode' and in a pseudo-Single Player mode, where the only items that he can interact with must be left out for enough time to be 'Not owned by a Player'. The aim of the lie is to give him hope and not stagnate and remain a problem, improve his morale, and most importantly, make him stay in Site 19 permanently.
