As a note, any SCP that's autonomous or sapient is generally classified as Euclid, due to the inherent unpredictability of an object that can act or think on its own.

Went to the SCP page to see if it made sense, and i guess it does. It's implicitly a (minor) threat if it's not dumb enough to not change its mind and do something?

When in doubt, follow the Locked Box Test:

• If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and nothing bad will happen, then it's probably Safe.
• If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and you're not entirely sure what will happen, then it's probably Euclid.
• If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and it easily escapes, then it's probably Keter.
• If it is the box, then it's probably Thaumiel.

Most sentient SCPs are Euclid, because you can't really predict what someone might do as good as an object

Though it may be small, the SCP organization could easily make a killing with performances from this one if it ever got approval. Though, I'd imagine most of those costs would be to take care of that group specifically...

Because it's a sentient/sapient person; people are by our inherent natures unpredictable, so the people SCPs are usually filed under that even if they're largely harmless.

SCP-2042 has no mouth, but SCP-2042-2 have mouths. SCP-2042 absorbs food through SCP-2042-2. How? Bluetooth or something, IDK.
