As a note, any SCP that's autonomous or sapient is generally classified as Euclid, due to the inherent unpredictability of an object that can act or think on its own.
Went to the SCP page to see if it made sense, and i guess it does. It's implicitly a (minor) threat if it's not dumb enough to not change its mind and do something?
Though it may be small, the SCP organization could easily make a killing with performances from this one if it ever got approval. Though, I'd imagine most of those costs would be to take care of that group specifically...
Because it's a sentient/sapient person; people are by our inherent natures unpredictable, so the people SCPs are usually filed under that even if they're largely harmless.
