The lulzy humor of the author kinda butchered shy-guy, it's supposed to be a creepypasta-esque entity which gets you, no matter what. This is probably my least favorite chap in the series.
And as a sidenote, go check out the extra story of 094, 094-1-A. It emphasizes just how much of a menace an unstoppable creature, with such triggering mechanism truly is.

i assume it couldn't chase you if you're physically unreachable without using any sort of advanced technology like being on different planet, galaxy, alternate universe or simply space. Considering it chase you physically, not in any sort of spiritual/interdimensional act.
