A private (hidden) review/comment on manga's you have read. It just useful when you read collection becomes large, your own personal synopses of the manga can recall more vividly your personal views on the manga.

I've seen some people on MAL use the personal tags column to basically do this (e.g. this person)

Could be good as an optionally public thing too; would be interesting to see how different people's 1-line elevator pitch summaries for series differ. Also, would allow you to visit someone's list to get some personalized recs/reviews/etc.
