Page view changes image position

Just started happening today, which coincides with the upgrade. I'm using Chrome on Android, everytime you view the next image in a chapter, it keeps shifting the image down to show the Settings/Full Screen/Comments/Report buttons above the image. Previously, once you've scrolled the page so that only the image is visible, going to the next image would display it at the same location on screen.

I can't seem to replicate this.

I'm using latest Chrome on Android 8.1.0. It could possibly be something on my end, as I had to reset the phone to a stock image over the weekend, and I do not see it occur on my other devices. Still kinda strange it's occurring at all as that should be something controlled by the web code, no?
