Pages not loading?

After creating an account and logging into it I can't read any manga, pages aren't loading. I can open manga's front page, I can choose a chapter, but pages in those chapters aren't loading.
Had to log out, but I'd still like to read logged in.

Can you access https://uploads.mangadex.org/ and https://mangadex.network/?

What OS/browser/versions of each are you using, and do you have any extensions installed?

Sounds almost like iOS parental control/content blocker issue where the site doesn't work once logged in.

I use latest OperaGX browser on Windows 10. I don't have any extensions that might do that(there are, like, 5: VPN(that's turned off), Alitools, Kaomoji, Gmail Notifier and YouTube Dislikes), but I still tried uninstalling them and still nothing.
