Titles not allowing editing of status

Titles aren't updating when changing from reading, to completed, etc when I try and update them in my lists. Also, can't create lists anymore. Oddly enough, could still rate it with the stars and that would save. Is the site still having issues, because the status page said everything was clear?

There are/were server issues earlier, it may have been resolved by now.
