It is one of the biggest, if it already isn't. I only use other manga websites if the chapters are removed/missing here in Mangadex.

Lol I wouldn't blame Sanya for checking out due to Nishnia. The thought of being under Nishina's thumb for hundreds of years longer after Youta defeats Kanejo probably accelerated Sanya's deteriorating health.
