the girls get two new guardians as replacements for lumi and haru who had her moonbreaking. one of the newbies wields a spear. she actually manages to 'kill' the human form of galia, who transforms into an ugly worm. she kills the spear girl and retreats into a hole in the earth. so mies is safe for now.

it's actually yota's childhood friend. there's also speculation among fans that the world yota was sent to is the future and she turned into the deeply jealous god because of his breeding activities. i don't have seen any confirmation though.
