So i guess the peach eyes are a result of hybrids? Not actually confirmed yet but it’d be interesting if that we’re the case since if anything you’ed expect them to be weaker given how fragile the humans are against the oni

half-human hybrids being stronger than pure non-human is actually pretty common in fantasy: because they acquire the advantages of both races (like mules), or hybrids may eliminate one side's weakness : a common example being- humans' quicker skill development + other race's pure power.

also, mikoto's dad is probably a high oni since he is so tough that he couldn't even kill himself.
