I wonder if this is a fated meeting between MC and a future wife or rival? Why do the servants of a high ranked family have a common tendency to think that it's ok to murder someone for flimsy reasons just because they serve a high ranked family? Or response is to attack while making a demand despite not being on their master's territory? Other than arrogance there's no reason to try to kill someone before even asking who they are and what doing there. Hopefully Ms. Fang will disapprove of their behavior, but considering her impatience and refusal to believe map might be a fake she's probably a typical entitled and spoiled rotten ojousama.

I was expecting her to be his fiancé, who after hearing he has a rank 1 spirit, doesn't want to marry him anymore -- which she will obviously greatly regret in the future.
Pretty much all Chinese stories have storylines like that.
