This is the best example of how Chinese Manhua resembles each other.

It not just resembling each other, both seems to be versions of the same story. (probably using the same novel as source)

And I must say that the this one as far better at telling the story.
On the other, the first fight had the MC being a punch bag for two chapters before doing something, even getting hurt in the process for no reason.
On this one the first small fry didn't last half a chapter and was easily dealt with, as it should be since the MC was 3 ranks above.
