@KamiKira00 I think you misunderstood. He is engaged to the boss, not the secretary. And the secretary is keeping his saving the father secret from the boss so the boss doesn't get to know him in the first place.

@PersianJoker Secretary spoke with her boss and it was made clear that she knew about it. You could see even after incident she (boss) thought of apologizing to him. So I fail to see why he would still want to be with her.
Ignoring all that, from MC perspective, his fiancee is trying to make his life as miserable as possible. While we can see everyone's thoughts, MC can only see how his fiancee hates him. So staying with her is quite weird no matter how you look at it.

Especially when she is unlikable and there are other girls that are into MC. That statement is from reader perspective.

@KamiKira00 She don't know that MC saved that patient. She was thinking some mysterious man saved him. As they didn't specify the name of the person who saved him and the secretary tries to hide it from her so she can break her marriage with him. Secretary is one hell of a bitch

@Paul420 That doesn't change anything. That fiancee wanted to apologize to him. It is clear that she has something to apologize for. And we seen that she agreed when secretary said she will deal with him. Ignoring the fact that it was known that MC will go and meet fiancee, so that fiancee knows that MC came for her but never did. So stop defending her when it is clear that she is also a bitch, just like her secretary.
