Going off of everything we’ve seen with this hinted antagonist with the scar, my best guess is: She got pregnant but it came out her mouth instead and that’s why she can’t talk

Well her goal is but somehow the way she does it feels weird She didn't even bother to listen to the cop and his reasons (which are also fair ngl with the whole kidnapping case) and she still calls him a bastard when he actually complied and never argued. Well I guess the issue will be solved by itself on the long run !
